White Wizard Consulting, LLC operates https://<agency>.emsched.com, where <agency> is a unique identifier for each customer of the service (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for operation of the Site by the agency licensed to use it. You are a member of that agency. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

The information collected by the agency and stored in EMSchedPlus becomes a permanent part of the agency’s database. Users may request the removal of personal information by contacting their agency’s administrator or email@example.com.
